Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us at erranlingerie@gmail.com or by using our contact form. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your refund.
Please note we cannot offer free returns at this moment.
We offer full refunds / exchanges based on the following - we must receive it within 28 days of your original delivery date, all products must be exactly as you received them, unworn, with any tags still attached, we will not accept any garments with the hygiene sticker removed. If these criteria aren't met unfortunately we won't be able to provide a refund or exchange.
